Ingredients:

Sugar 120g

Glucose 110g

Water 60g

Condensed Milk 80g

White Chocolate 120g

Gelatine Sheet 8g

Food colouring (𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙚!!) 🎨


Step:

  1. Soften Gelatine Sheet in cold water

  2. Boil Sugar, Glucose and Water to 103 degree C

  3. Pour Condensed Milk into sugar syrup and stir well

  4. Mix with White Chocolate and Gelatine, sit for 5 minutes

  5. Blend with hand blender until the mixture is smooth and without bubble

  6. Mix and Match with your favourite coloursssssssssss and pour on a FROZEN cake at about 35-40 degree C

  7. Use a palette knife to create unique pattern as you like. It Is All About ART! Enjoy The Time Of Creation🖌🌌!!

材料:

砂糖 120g

葡萄糖 110g

水 60g

煉乳 80g

白巧克力 120g

魚膠片 8g

食用色素 (創作時間!)🎨


步驟:

  1. 把魚膠片浸冷水軟化

  2. 把糖、葡萄糖及水煮滾至攝氏103度

  3. 倒入煉乳到糖水中攪勻

  4. 加入白巧克力及魚膠片,先靜止5分鐘

  5. 以手持攪拌機把溶液攪至順滑及沒有氣泡

  6. 混合不同喜歡的顏色,並冷卻至攝氏35-40度後淋在己冷凍的蛋糕上

  7. 用刮刀創造出獨一無二的花紋!來好好享受創作藝術的樂趣🖌🌌!
