Recipe: 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙢𝙖 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙚𝙧 𝙈𝙞𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙧 𝙂𝙡𝙖𝙯𝙚

Ingredients:
Sugar 120g
Glucose 110g
Water 60g
Condensed Milk 80g
White Chocolate 120g
Gelatine Sheet 8g
Food colouring (𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙚!!) 🎨
Step:
Soften Gelatine Sheet in cold water
Boil Sugar, Glucose and Water to 103 degree C
Pour Condensed Milk into sugar syrup and stir well
Mix with White Chocolate and Gelatine, sit for 5 minutes
Blend with hand blender until the mixture is smooth and without bubble
Mix and Match with your favourite coloursssssssssss and pour on a FROZEN cake at about 35-40 degree C

魚膠片 8g
食用色素 (創作時間!)🎨
步驟:
把魚膠片浸冷水軟化
把糖、葡萄糖及水煮滾至攝氏103度
倒入煉乳到糖水中攪勻
加入白巧克力及魚膠片,先靜止5分鐘
以手持攪拌機把溶液攪至順滑及沒有氣泡
混合不同喜歡的顏色,並冷卻至攝氏35-40度後淋在己冷凍的蛋糕上
