Zeniverse Tea Spread and Planet Macaron:
We freshly prepare all orders, they will be dispatched after 1-2 working days. Please allow 1-2 working days from placing your order. The orders of tea spread are ONLY sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail Tracked 24, we cannot specify the exact time frame for delivery.
We post Monday – Thursday (excluding bank holidays) with the last delivery arriving on Saturday.
Delivery will likely be delayed 2-3 days due to COVID-19.

Cake:
To make the best protection of every special and unique cake, we offer pick and collect service at rail station under appointment. After placing the order, we will contact you directly via WhatsApp to confirm the booking date and time.
Pick & Collect is available from Monday to Sunday between 1200-1900, each booking time slot is 15 minutes.

If the customer or recipient fails to receive upon pickup during the agreed time, we may not be able to rearrange same-day pickup service.
By virtue of confirming the order(s), you indicate your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
General
We guarantee the provision of freshly prepared products of merchantable quality. Please keep the product(s) refrigerated below 5 Degree C and best consumed within 2 days of purchase (cake and macaron) or follow the instruction written on the packaging; We do not accept any liability for deterioration in the quality of our product(s) due to improper storage.
We are unable to guarantee that any item sold or supplied is free from ingredients from animals, nuts or other allergens. There is always a risk that such ingredients, or traces of them, may be transferred to items during processing, storage or preparation. Although Chroma makes every effort to satisfy the special dietary requirements of its customers, it is unable to guarantee that such requirements can be met.
It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. By placing an order with alcohol products, the Customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above.

Order Policy and Payment Terms
Merchandises listed are available while stock lasts, while cake orders shall be made and confirmed at least 3 days before the trade date.
All product prices and additional charges listed are in Pound (£).
All orders are processed only after receiving confirmation from customers. Full payment shall be settled within 24 hours after placing the orders, or otherwise the orders will be automatically cancelled.
Once an order is confirmed, such order cannot be cancelled or modified; the payment is not refundable under any circumstances.
Items sold are non-refundable.
Should a customer fail to pick up the product(s) at the agreed day, the orders will be automatically cancelled, all charges paid will not be refunded.
